The owner, Nico Giacomel, since 1969, takes care of the cooking and promotion, whilst his wife, Eliana Cancellieri looks after the hospitality, contributing to making known, also at an international level, an entire territory, with the most genuine gastronomic traditions, and the exquisite hospitality.
